Recaptcha for visitors post

We just need to enable visitor posts on the site. We can enable them just for blog posts for the begining.
There's already available plugins for SMF that provide recaptcha integration. Have you tried just installing these instead?

Change Summary:
Removed unnecessary css from screen.css and made the recaptcha to only appear when IA_DEVELOPMENT_MODE is false. Also made the indentation on smf files fit with the rest of the code.
