A macro for showing tags on task view. Only shows tags if user is admin or owner or if the problem is in 'arhiva' or 'arhiva-educationala'. This macro should be added to /template/task_footer, in my opinion it would look best above the submit macro.

Add some comments on how to use it :) The macro should be AlgorithmTags though, Tags is too general.

Don't show this if there are no tags. Also call it Indicatii de rezolvare.

We need a visual way to show that just one category is selected at any time. something tab-like. html_escape id and name.

Why the space? Let's add UTF8 characters. Use ş and ţ, not ș or ț.

html_escape Add a greenish background to each tag with nice rounded corners :) Same thing for the categories, but different preferably.

The categories shouldn't be part of the link that show the other tags. Like the other tags, when a user clicks on them they should be used for searching for all the tasks containing that tag (when that gets implemented).

it's shorter just padding: 0.2em 0.4em; (or the other way around)
